Kathy Critch is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in the real estate industry. Based in Florida, she has excelled as a Real Estate Broker for 21 years, demonstrating her expertise and commitment to her clients' needs.
 
As the Broker/Owner of Mountain400 RE in North Carolina, Kathy has established herself as a leader in the field, overseeing operations and providing top-notch service to her clientele. Her dedication and skill have earned her recognition among the Top 200 Brokers by the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).
 
Prior to her career in real estate, Kathy held prominent roles in corporate America. She spent 7 years at Chrysler Corporation in Detroit, Michigan, where she specialized in Corporate Business Planning for MiniVan & Jeep divisions. Subsequently, she transitioned to General Motors in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where she honed her skills in Corporate Purchasing & Procurement over a 12-year tenure.
 
Kathy's academic journey is equally impressive. She holds a Master's and Doctorate of Business Education & Research from Western Michigan University, emphasizing her commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Additionally, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Grand Valley State College.
