Born and raised in South Florida, Nina brings extensive firsthand knowledge of Broward County communities, waterfront lifestyles, and the local housing market. As part of Ryan Critch Real Estate, Nina combines attentive one-on-one service with the resources, proven systems, strategic marketing, and collaborative expertise of an established South Florida real estate team. Since entering the real estate industry at age 21, Nina has completed approximately 70 transactions representing about $75 million in closed sales, including approximately 40 seller transactions and 30 buyer transactions. Her experience includes notable luxury sales throughout South Florida, including the highest recorded sale in Maplewood Isles, the highest sale in Coral Springs, and the highest price-per-square-foot sale in Sterling Ranch.

Nina's firsthand knowledge of South Florida extends beyond the real estate market. Having lived in Deerfield Beach, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, and Fort Lauderdale, including the Imperial Point neighborhood, she understands the characteristics that make each area unique. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Nina spent 11 years as a professional clothing buyer, where she developed expertise in pricing, value analysis, merchandising, and negotiation. Those skills continue to influence her real estate practice today, helping her evaluate market value, position properties effectively, identify opportunities, negotiate favorable terms, and protect her clients' financial interests throughout a transaction.

Outside of real estate, Nina owns a local coffee shop, further strengthening her connection to the communities she serves and the small businesses that make them unique. She supports 4KIDS and enjoys promoting local businesses throughout Broward County. When she is not working with clients, Nina enjoys spending time with her husband and son, surfing, staying active, and taking advantage of South Florida's outdoor lifestyle.
