Ryan Critch is the Broker/Owner of Ryan Critch Real Estate, a South Florida brokerage specializing in luxury homes, waterfront properties, ocean-access residences, and high-value residential real estate. With more than 25 years of experience in real estate, marketing, lead generation, sales, negotiation, and business leadership, Ryan brings a strategic, business-minded approach to real estate representation.

Since 2002, Ryan has helped buyers, sellers, and investors navigate South Florida's changing real estate market with informed guidance, personalized representation, and strategies tailored to each property's characteristics, market conditions, timing, and client goals. His approach combines local market knowledge, strategic property positioning, targeted marketing, buyer psychology, and experienced negotiation to help clients make confident decisions involving significant real estate assets.

Under Ryan's leadership, Ryan Critch Real Estate has completed more than 500 transactions representing over $470 million in closed sales. The brokerage has achieved record sale prices in Maplewood Isles, Sterling Ranch, and Imperial Point, generated four offers within five days after repositioning a listing, successfully sold properties that had previously remained on the market for more than a year, completed complex off-market luxury transactions, and represented buyers in luxury purchases exceeding $7 million.

Ryan specializes in luxury real estate, waterfront homes, ocean-access properties, boating properties, luxury estates, investment properties, relocation, and new construction throughout Fort Lauderdale, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Lighthouse Point, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Boca Raton, Davie, Southwest Ranches, and surrounding South Florida areas.

His background in marketing and lead generation gives him a different perspective on selling high-value properties. Ryan looks beyond simply putting a property on the market, focusing on how it should be priced, positioned, presented, and marketed to reach the buyers most likely to recognize its value. His negotiation experience extends throughout the transaction, from pricing and positioning to contract terms, timing, contingencies, and final negotiations.

For buyers, Ryan takes an education-first approach, helping clients evaluate properties based on market value, neighborhood characteristics, comparable sales, lifestyle considerations, resale potential, and long-term objectives. His knowledge is particularly valuable when evaluating waterfront and ocean-access properties, where factors such as boating access, dockage, waterfront location, and property characteristics can significantly influence value and usability.

Ryan's professional recognition includes being an NAEA Expert Negotiator, a two-time Best of Fort Lauderdale Award recipient in 2022 and 2023, and a featured agent in Top Agent Magazine. He also hosts American Dream TV and is the author of See You at the Table and Success @ Sunrise.

Today, Ryan continues to focus on providing strategic, informed representation for clients buying, selling, relocating, or investing in South Florida real estate. His goal is not simply to complete a transaction, but to help clients understand their options, protect the value of their real estate, and move forward with a strategy built around what matters most to them.
