"Awesome realtor! Ryan exceeded all our expectations. We have moved a lot outside of the state and used multiple different realtors in the past. He gave us honest input and was never trying to sell us on the most expensive house. There would be some houses we liked and he was very helpful in noticing any negatives we overlooked, as well as the positives. We were relocating from a different city and he was delighted to FaceTime us as he toured the house for us. He truly cared about finding a house that was a good fit for us. Our best house buying experience to date."

His willingness to assist, regardless of the time, made me feel incredibly supported throughout the entire process. What truly stood out about working with Ryan was his use of 3D scans for the home I was interested in. These scans allowed me to gain a clear understanding of the home's layout and features, despite being unable to see it in person. It was a game-changer for me.Throughout the process, Ryan's efficiency and quick responses were remarkable. He made himself available at all times, addressing any concerns I had. "The first home we bought with the Critchs, was a bidding war & we stayed up all night going back and forth with the listing agent to get the home. We got a great deal on the home & lived there many years. When my father passed away, selling our parent’s home was more than our family could handle. We called Ryan Critch Real Estate and they cleared the way, selling the home quickly for the maximum value in that subdivision. A few years later, they helped us again buy our dream home on a large parcel of land in Coral Springs. We trust Ryan Critch and Kathy Critch with all of our real estate decisions. They are like family and take all of the stress off our shoulders working for us."

"is with great enthusiasm that I write this review for Nina Pechonis, who recently represented us as our realtor during the purchase of our home. From start to finish, Nina demonstrated an exceptional level of attentiveness, professionalism, and proactive care that far exceeded our expectations. Nina made the home-buying process feel as easy and seamless as making an online purchase. She truly took care of everything—from coordinating inspections to managing communication with all parties involved—allowing us to move forward with clarity and confidence at every step. Her non-stop, “can-do” work ethic was evident throughout the entire experience. No matter the time of day, Nina was always available, always prepared, and always one step ahead. We couldn’t be more grateful for the dedication and support she provided. Working with Nina was an absolute pleasure, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in South Florida. Anyone who partners with her will quickly see why we hold her in such high regard. Brad and Priscila R. "
